Push-ups with grip bands and grip bar

Preparation

Fix the slide in the uppermost area and set the highest force level. Attach both handle straps Insert handle bar through both loops.

Starting position

Arms stretched at the handle bar. Upper body leaning forward and full body tension. Do not fall into a hollow back.

Execution

Bend arms and bring chest forward between hands. Slowly return to the starting position.
