Push-ups with grip bands and grip bar

Preparation

Fix the carriage in the top section and set the highest force level. Attach both grip straps and insert the handle bar into both grip loops.

Starting position

Grasp the handlebar with outstretched arms. The upper body is leaning forward and the body is under full tension. Do not fall into a hollow back.

Execution

Bend your arms and move your chest forward between your hands towards the handlebar. The handlebar does not move. Then slowly return to the starting position.
