Recrunch with strap

Preparation

Attach grip tape. Adjust the carriage height so that the loops are next to the head at the start position.

Starting position

Grasp the hanging grip band with both hands. The legs are slightly bent. Support the buttocks against the column.

Execution

Pull the elbows towards the knees. In the process, the upper body rolls up. The position of the arms to the upper body remains unchanged.

Hint

Especially in the beginning, perform the exercise very slowly until you master the movement sequence.
