Recrunch with grip tape
Preparation
Attach the grip tape. Adjust the carriage height so that the loops are at head height at the start position.
Starting position
Grip the hanging strap with both hands. The legs are slightly bent. The buttocks are supported on the column.
Execution
Pull your elbows towards your knees. In the process, the upper body rolls up. The position of the arms to the upper body remains unchanged.
Hint
The exercise should be performed very slowly, especially at the beginning, until you have mastered the movement.
