Rowing with grip tape
Preparation
Secure the carriage at the bottom. Fold the grip tape and pull it through the loop.
Starting position
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in a slight squat position and grasp the loops. The upper body is slightly bent forward and the back is straight.
Execution
Pull your arms evenly upwards. Keep your upper arms close to your upper body. The back and squat position remain stable. Then slowly return to the starting position.
