Preparation

Fix the slide at the very bottom. Fold grip tape and attach through loop.

Starting position

With shoulder-width stance in slight squat position, grasp the loops. The upper body is slightly bent forward and the back is straight.

Execution

Pull arms up evenly. Keep the upper arm close to the upper body. At the same time, the back, as well as the squatting position remains stable. Then slowly return to the starting position.
