Running with straps

Preparation

Set the highest force level and attach both grip straps.

Starting position

Lie on your back and insert both feet into a loop.

Execution

Lift the pelvis off the floor. The legs are initially stretched. The arms are placed lengthwise from the body on the floor. With torso tension, alternately pull heels toward buttocks. The basin remains on top.
