Russian Twist on the pulley


Hook the cable pull into the lower position.

Starting position

Place on the floor at a right angle in the middle of the appliance. Bend your legs slightly and put your feet down. Rotate your upper body towards the device and grasp the loop with both hands.


With your back straight, rotate your upper body and move the loop in front of your chest to the other side. The gaze follows the hands. Then return to the starting position.


Perform the exercise on both sides.


The exercise becomes more challenging when you extend your arms.
