Russian Twist on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the lower position.

Starting position

Sit on the floor in front of the device with your upper body upright. Bend your legs slightly and put your feet down. Rotate your upper body towards the device and grasp the loop with both hands.

Execution

With your back straight, rotate your upper body and move the loop in front of your chest to the other side. The gaze follows the hands. Then move back to the starting position.

Hint

Perform the exercise on both sides.

Variants

The exercise becomes more challenging when you extend your arms.
