Shoulder press behind the neck with strap

Preparation

Fix the carriage at the bottom and attach the handle strap using the snap hook.

Starting position

Stand with your legs hip-width apart and facing the wall, behind the handrail/bar. Grasp the handle bar far to the outside. Always keep your back straight with full tension.

Execution

Press the handlebars evenly upwards until your arms are stretched. Then slowly return to the starting position. Press up again before reaching the lower stop. The body tension in the torso area must be maintained at all times to avoid falling into a hollow back.

Hint

The grip tape can be shortened by one or more knots if necessary.
