Front shoulder lift
Preparation
Fix the slide in the center of the column and insert the Handle bar.
Starting position
Stand close to the horn, facing the device. Adjust the height so that you can just reach the Handle bar with your upper body stretched out. Grip the Handle bar with a stable stance and straighten up. The arms remain stretched and the neck muscles are stretched.
Execution
Use your neck muscles to pull your shoulders upwards and backwards at the same time. Hold the position for a brief moment and then slowly return to the starting position. The head remains motionless and the arms permanently stretched.

Move your shoulders behind your ears.
