One-armed lat pulldown on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the upper position. Fold the grip tape and guide it through the loop.

Starting position

Sit on the floor with your legs bent. Grasp the loop with one hand. Support the other hand on the floor.

Execution

Pull your hand to the side of your upper body and slowly turn it in so that your palms are facing upwards at the end of the movement. The upper body remains in a stable, calm position.
