Single hand chest press

Preparation

Fix the carriage at chest height in a horizontal position.

Starting position

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Place one forearm on the sledge and grasp the horn with the hand of the other arm at the side of the chest. Tilt your upper body slightly forward and build up good body tension.

Execution

Slowly push the horn forward. The elbow slides forward horizontally. Then slowly return to the starting position.

Hint

Do not come all the way back. Always maintain the tension.

In the horizontal position of the slide, please set the corresponding force level limit according to the piston. Follow the instructions for use!
