Single hand row sideways

Preparation

Fix the carriage below the chest in a slightly inclined position.

Starting position

Place forearm on sled and grasp the EISENHORN at the front end with the other hand. Hip-width leg position with lunge and good body tension. Shoulder blade placed at the back bottom.

Execution

Power arm slowly pull to the ribs. Slowly back again.

Hint

Always perform the exercise in both directions.

In the horizontal position of the slide, please set the corresponding force level limit according to the piston. Follow the instructions for use!
