Single hand row sideways

Preparation

Fix the carriage below the chest in a slightly inclined position.

Starting position

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Place one forearm on the sled and grasp the horn at the front end with the hand of the other arm. Place the shoulder blade down at the back and build up full body tension.

Execution

Slowly pull the power arm towards the ribs. Then slowly return to the starting position.

Hint

Always perform the exercise in both directions.
