Preparation
Fix the slide so that the horn is approximately in the middle of the shin.
Starting position
Stand in a small lunge next to the device and grasp the horn with one hand. The back remains straight.
Execution
Pull the horn sideways to the hip. Hold the upper arm close to the upper body. Then slowly return to the starting position.
Hint
Perform the exercise on both sides.
