Single handed tricep exercise with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide in the lowest area. Attach grip tape to one end.

Starting position

Stand sideways close to the horn with the legs hip-width apart. Bring shoulders back, upper body upright and a slight hollow back. Abdominal muscles tense. Grasp the grip strap with one hand and extend elbows upward so that upper arms are directly next to ears.

Execution

Slowly bring the forearm upwards. Elbow and upper arm hardly move. Do not fully extend the arm to protect the elbow. Slowly return to the starting position.

Perform exercise on both sides.
