Single leg deadlift

Preparation

Fix the slide at the very bottom. Attach grip tape and wrap around hand as needed to make it shorter.

Starting position

Stand facing the wall. Grasp the loop with one hand. Stable hull.

Execution

Bend hips and walk forward with back straight until head, torso and leg are in a horizontal line. The free leg stretches out straight backwards.

Hint

Keep head in neutral position.
