Single leg deadlift with one arm
Preparation
Fix the carriage at the bottom and attach the grip tape.
Starting position
Stand facing the wall with a stable torso. Grasp the sling with one hand. If necessary, wrap the strap around your hand once to make it shorter.
Execution
Bend your hips and walk forward with a straight back until your head, upper body and leg are in a horizontal line. The free leg stretches out straight backwards.
Hint
Keep your head in a neutral position.
