Single leg deadlift

Preparation

Fix the slide at the very bottom. Attach the grip tape.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart facing the wall. Grasp loops with hands and keep torso stable.

Execution

Bend hips and walk forward with back straight until head, back and leg are in a horizontal line. Both legs remain extended.

Hint

The hands can be passed through the loop as an option, so that they wrap the grip tape. Thus, the grip tape is shorter and more range can be educated.
