Sit ups sideways

Preparation

Fix the slide at the very bottom, at a slight angle. Attach the grip tape.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart, with your back to the wall, next to the horn and grasp the loop with one hand. Select height so that the arm remains permanently stretched and under tension.

Execution

Slowly straighten the upper body and slightly overstretch. Then return to the starting position.

Perform exercise on both sides.
