Torso rotation on the pulley
Preparation
Hang the cable pull in the upper position. Fold the grip tape twice and guide it through the loop of the cable pull.
Starting position
Stand with your hips hip-width apart and your upper body upright diagonally to the device. Turn your upper body towards the device and grasp the handle loop with both hands.
Execution
Perform a rotation from the core muscles with outstretched arms. Your gaze moves with your hands. At the end of the movement, turn your leg in slightly close to the device.

Perform the exercise in both directions.
