Torso rotation on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the upper position. Fold the grip tape twice and guide it through the loop of the cable pull.

Starting position

Stand diagonally to the machine with your feet hip-width apart and your upper body upright. Turn your upper body towards the device and grasp the handle loop with both hands.

Execution

Perform a rotation from the core muscles with outstretched arms. The gaze goes with the hands. Turn the leg close to the device slightly at the end of the movement.

Hint

Perform the exercise in both directions.
