Torso rotation

Preparation

Fix the carriage at the level of the elbow in a horizontal position and attach the grip tape.

Starting position

Wide, lateral stand. Build body tension and maintain a straight, stable back. Arms are bent and both hands grip both handle loops at the same time.

Execution

Rotate around the vertical body axis. Shoulders and arms remain stable in relation to the upper body. Only the upper body rotates around the central axis.

Hint

Take time to find the right position of the legs to fit the movement.

Variants

In the horizontal position of the carriage, please set the corresponding limit of the force level according to the piston. Observe the operating instructions!
