Torso rotation
Preparation
Fix the carriage in a horizontal position at elbow height and attach the grip tape.
Starting position
Assume a wide, lateral stance. Build up body tension and keep a straight, stable back. The arms are bent and both hands grip both handle loops at the same time.
Execution
Rotate around the vertical body axis. The shoulders and arms remain stable. Only the upper body rotates around the central axis.
Hint
Take time to find the right position of the legs to fit the movement.
