Triceps exercise with strap

Preparation

Fix the sled at chest height in a slightly inclined position and attach both grip straps using the snap hook.

Starting position

Lunge to the side so that your back is facing the machine. Hold a loop with both hands and keep your elbows close to your head.

Execution

Slowly stretch your arms. Then return to the starting position.

Hint

The movement is performed exclusively from the elbow.

Keep the upper body still. In the horizontal position of the slide, please set the corresponding force level limit according to the piston. Follow the instructions for use!
