Triceps exercise with bar underhand grip

Preparation

Fix the slide in the top section. Attach the grip tape and insert the handle bar into both grip loops. Select the height so that the handle bar is at chest height.

Starting position

Grasp the bar with a stable underhand grip. Stand with your upper body close to the bar. The upper body is slightly tilted forward. The back is straight and the abdominal muscles are tensed.

Execution

Push the handle bar downwards. The elbows remain in the same position. Only the forearms move.
