Triceps press

Preparation

Position the carriage in height so that the handle bar is just above the chest.

Starting position

Lie at chest level under the handle bar and embrace it shoulder-width apart. Elbow close to upper body. Legs are bent, feet firmly on the floor.

Execution

Push handle bar evenly upward until arms are almost extended. Then slowly move back to the starting position.
