Triceps with short strap

Preparation

Fix the slide so that the tip of the horn is at the level of the buttocks.

Starting position

Stand backward close to the horn with the legs hip-width apart. Keep upper body upright and back straight. Abdominal muscles are tense in the process. With hands grasping one grip strap loop on the right and one on the left, extend elbows upward so that upper arms are directly next to ears.

Execution

Slowly press the hands upwards. Elbow and upper arm hardly move. Do not fully extend the arm. Slowly return to the starting position.
