Triceps exercise with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide at the bottom. Attach the handle strap using the snap hook.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart with your back close to the horn. Keep your upper body upright and your back straight. The abdominal muscles are tense. Grasp the grip tape with both hands and then stretch your forearms upwards so that your upper arms are directly next to your ears.

Execution

Slowly push your forearms upwards. The elbows and upper arms hardly move at all. Do not fully extend your arm. Then slowly return to the starting position.
