Triceps with strap

Preparation

Fix the sled so that the handle strap loops are at chest height.

Starting position

With legs hip-width apart and upper body upright and stable, loop hands in grip band. Arms are bent, looking at the column. The fists touch each other.

Execution

Slowly press the fists/forearms down until the arms are almost extended. The upper arms remain stable next to close to the torso.

Hint

Stand close to the device. Keep arms minimally bent to protect elbow joints.
