Triceps exercise with strap

Preparation

Pull the grip strap through the loop and fix the carriage so that the grip strap loops are at chest height.

Starting position

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your upper body upright and stable and grasp the slings with both hands. The arms are bent and the gaze is directed towards the column. The hands touch each other.

Execution

Slowly press your fists/forearms down until your arms are almost straight. The upper arms remain stable and close to the upper body.

Hint

Stand close to the device. Do not fully extend your arms to protect your elbow joints.
