FRONT LAT PULLDOWN

Preparation

Lock the carriage at head height. You should still be able to grasp the bar with arms outstretched.

Starting Position

Grasp the bar and stand so that your body is slightly leaning back.

Execution

Pull the bar slowly and smoothly down to your chest.

Hint

Make sure you pull your elbows back.

Variants

You can vary this exercise by varying the width of your grip.Underhand grip
