STANDING / SIDEWAYS ROW

Preparation

Turn the carriage horizonatlly at waist height and lock the position. Attach strap, grasp both loops.

Starting Position

Stand one leg forward, knees slightly bent, close to the wall. Upper body is leaning back slightly. Arms are fully extended.

Execution

Pull elbows back as far as possible. At the same time, pull the shoulders back.

Hint

The back remains tensed and straight throughout the entire movement.

Variants

Vary height and direction of the carriage, thus changing the pulling direction.

Warning

In horizontal position of the sledge, depending on which piston is used, please note the corresponding limit of resistance level according to the instructions for use!
