TRICEPS WITH BAR

Preparation

Attach strap and insert bar into the two loops. Bar at chest height.

Starting Position

Legs and hands hip-width, overhand grip. Stand with upper body close to the bar. Upper body is leaning forward slightly. Back is straight and abdominal muscles tense.

Execution

Push bar downwards. Elbows remain in the same position, only the forearms move.

Stand close to the device.
