Lock the carriage so that in push-up position your buttocks are touching the bar tube.
On all fours (push-up position) and feet to the wall. During the upward movement, the back remains straight. Legs are fully extended.
In end position, back and arms are in a line. Maintain body tension and do not arch your back.
Press hands firmly against the floor, spread fingers as wide as you can. Maintain body tension throughout.
Especially at the beginning, perform the exercise without equipment and with a high number of repetitions.
