STANDING CALF RAISE
Place a stable elevation on the ground just below the handle bar.
Stand hip width, looking forward to the wall. Step on the elevation with the balls of your feet. The heels sagging maximally downwards.
Push yourself up on the feet balls (front part of the feet).
Maximum lift down and up. The underlay must be high enough.
Calf raises one-legged or sitting with handle bar on the knees.
