DEADLIFT WITH STRAP
Lock the carriage into the lowermost position. Double the strap and attach it.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and facing the wall. Squat and put your hands through the loops. Your head remains in line with the spine. Keep your back straight and fully tensed. Keep your shoulders back.
Slowly straighten the legs to stand upright again. Keep arms extended. Return to the starting position.
Only the legs and lower back do the work in this exercise.
