ADDUCTION WITH STRAP
Turn the carriage horizonatlly as low as possible and lock the position. Attach strap.
Put one foot slightly angled into the handle loops, with another foot firm stand on the ground so that the strap is under tension. Upright posture and look against wall. Put your hands on the wall for better balance.
Slowly guide your stretched leg next to the other one and back again. Do not dodge with upper body!
Always do the exercise in both directions. More difficult: hands on the hips.
