Insert the blocker on maximum resistance level. Exercise only possible with Series E devices.
Grasp the bar with a wide overhand grip. Gaze straight ahead. In the starting position, slightly bend the arms at the elbow joint. Back is fully stretched. The legs can be straight or bent.
Pull yourself up and exhale. In the end position of the upward movement, your neck will be at the level of the grip rod. Then slowly lower your body. In the end position, the arms will be slightly bent again at the elbows.
Perform the exercise without any momentum or forceful movement.
The bar is unstabile, take care that you are pulling with both hands equally.
