Insert the blocker on maximum resistance level. Exercise only possible with Series E devices.
Grasp the bar with a wide overhand grip. Gaze straight ahead. The legs can be straight or bent.
Pull yourself up then lower your body again. In the end position, the arms will be slightly bent again at the elbows.
Perform the exercise without any momentum or forceful movement.
The bar is unstabile, take care that you are pulling with both hands equally.
