SINGLE HAND ROW SIDEWAYS

Preparation

Turn the carriage horizonatlly at chest height and lock the position.

Starting Position

Put your forearm on the carriage and grab the Kraftarm with your other hand. Hip width leg position, good body tension. Pull shoulders back and down.

Execution

Pull the Kraftarm slowly next to your chest. Slowly back. Do not fully extend your arms at the starting position, keep a slight bend in the elbow joint.

Hint

Always do the exercise with both hands (turn the carriage 180degrees).

In horizontal position of the sledge, depending on which piston is used, please note the corresponding limit of resistance level according to the instructions for use!
