SINGLE HAND CHEST PRESS
Turn the carriage horizonatlly at chest height and lock the position.
Stand in front one leg forward. Hold onto the carriage with one hand and grasp the Kraftarm next to your chest. Upper body tilted slightly forward, good body tension.
Push the Kraftarm to the front. End point is reached when there is still a minor bend in the elbow joint. Slowly move your arm back and repeat.
Try to avoid stopping/releasing points, always keep the tension.
Piston 26: not exceeding resistance level 3. Piston 16: not exceeding resistance level 5.
