LATERAL INWARD ROTATION WITH STRAP
Position the carriage horizontally at elbow height. Attach strap.
Take a wide sideways stance. Grasp both loops in one hand. There should be tension in the belt. Keep the upper arm close to the torso and the lower arm reaching forward at a 90° angle.
Slowly pull the lower arm towards your abdomen. The elbow remains stationary. Slowly return to the starting position. Maintain tension the whole time.
Your torso should remain stable and not move. Always perform the exercise in both directions.
For the 26-piston: max. resistance level 3 when the carriage is in the horizontal position. For the 16-piston: max. resistance level 5 when the carriage is in the horizontal position. There is no limit with the 8-piston.
