LATERAL OUTWARD ROTATION WITH STRAP
Position the carriage horizontally at elbow height. Attach the strap.
Take a sideways shoulder-width stance. Hold both loops with one hand so that the strap is tensed. The elbow is held close to the body and bent at 90°. Place your lower arm in front of your abdomen.
Slowly rotate the lower arm outwards. The elbow remains stationary. Slowly return to the starting position. Maintain tension the whole time.
For the right arm, maintain the sled position but stand inverted -> back to the wall, facing forward.
Piston 26: not exceeding resistance level 3. Piston 16: not exceeding resistance level 5.
