LATERAL OUTWARD ROTATION WITH STRAP
Position the carriage horizontally at elbow height. Attach the strap.
Take a sideways shoulder-width stance and look towards the EISENHORN. Hold both loops with one hand so that the strap is tensed. The elbow is held close to the body and bent at 90°. Place your lower arm in front of your abdomen.
Slowly rotate the lower arm outwards. The elbow remains stationary. Slowly return to the starting position. Maintain tension the whole time.
Your torso should remain stable and not move. Always perform the exercise in both directions.
