TRIZEPS MIT GRIFFBAND
Lock the carriage in the upper section and attach the strap. Position the loops at chest height.
Stand under the EISENHORN with your legs apart. Put your hands through the loops and then grab them. Your arms are bent, look at the column. The fists are touching. Keep your back straight, slightly tilting the torso forward and tensing your abdominals.
Press the fists/lower arms down with even pressure until the arms are almost fully extended. Hold the upper arms stable next to your torso.
Stand close to the EISENHORN. Keep the arms slightly bent in order to protect the elbow joints.
