LUNGES WITH STRAP

Preparation

Set resistance level to maximum. The strap is attached at one end. Place the lower loop approximately above the ankle. One foot is hooked in.

Starting Position

Thighs are parallel. Upper body upright, torso stable.

Execution

Move the leg in the loop slowly backwards until it forms a 90° angle to the front knee joint. Then slowly return to the starting position.

Hint

Switch legs.
