BENCH PRESS WITH RAISED LEGS
Position the carriage so that if you lie on the ground the handle bar is just above your chest.
Grab the bar at the ends. Elbows bent at shoulder level. Legs bent 90 ° upwards.
Press the bar upwards until your arms are almost straight. Then slowly move back to the starting position.
You can vary the grip width. Hands at the ends of the handle bar (simple) or close together (difficult).
