TRICEPS WITH DOUBLE STRAP

Preparation

Pull the strap through the loop on EISENHORN and fix the carriage at your buttocks height.

Starting Position

Stand backwards to the device, legs hip-width apart. Push your shoulders back and keep the body upright. Abdominal muscles are tense. Put your arms in the strap loops and extend your elbows upwards so that the upper arms are directly next to the ears.

Execution

Langsam den Unterarm nach oben führen. Ellenbogen und Oberarm bewegen kaum. Arm nicht ganz durchstrecken, um den Ellenbogen zu schonen. Langsam wieder in die Ausgangsposition zurück.
