BACK SHOULDER LIFT

Preparation

Fix the carriage and attach the strap. Insert the handle bar.

Starting Position

Hip wide stand with view to the front. Grasp handlebar behind buttocks.

Execution

Slowly pull your shoulders together, keeping your arms stretched upwards along your body. Then lower shoulders again.

Hint

Keep head still (no vulture neck).
