Back shloulder lift

Muscles: Neck, Shoulders

Preparation

Fix the sledge in the lower part of the column. Attach strap and insert bar into both handle loops.

Starting Position

Stand hip-width apart with your back to the device. Select height so that the bar can just be grasped in an upright position with lowered shoulders.

Execution

Slowly pull your neck and shoulders together, keeping your arms stretched upwards along your body. Then lower shoulders again.

Hint

Keep head still (no vulture neck).
