Shoulder press behind the neck with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide at the very bottom. Attach grip tape and insert grip bar.

Starting position

Firm stance in stem step and with a straight back. Grasp the handle bar far to the outside. View against wall.

Execution

Push handle bar evenly upward until arms are extended. Then slowly move back again. Before reaching the lower stop, push up again. Body tension in the trunk area must be maintained at all times. Do not fall into a hollow back.

Hint

The grip tape can be shortened by one or more knots if necessary.
