Running with two straps

Muscles: Abs, Butt, Back

Preparation

Set at maximum resistance level and attach both straps.

Starting Position

Lie on back with both feet in one loop each.

Execution

Lift pelvis off floor with legs initially extended. Arms are placed lengthwise from the body on the floor. With trunk tension, alternately pull the heels toward the buttocks. The pelvis remains up.

Pulling both heels toward the buttocks at the same time offers even more challenge.
