Standing single arm fly
Attach the pulley system in the middle position. Fold the strap twice and pass it through the loop.
Stand hip-width apart with torso upright and stable. Stand sideways to the device. Graspthe strap with the hand so that the chest muscle is already slightly under tension.
Bring the arm in front of the chest in a controlled manner. Do not fully extend the arm. Then move slowly and evenly back to the starting position.
Avoid lateral swinging.
