Why does the MIKEPLAN lead to your top form? Simply because it’s practicable and you’re gonna do it all year round. It’s not the training volume, but the regularity that makes the difference. The intensive five minutes a day lead to progress quickly. This increases your motivation from day to day. We recommend to follow the current interval and spread the BIG 5 exercises over five days.
