Triceps exercise with strap

Preparation

Fix the carriage at chest height in a slightly inclined position and attach the grip tape.

Starting position

Stand lunging to the side of the machine and grasp both loops. Keep the elbows close to the head.

Execution

Slowly stretch your arms and return to the starting position.

Hint

Movement only from the elbow.
