You can do all the important basic exercises such as bench presses, squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses and pull-ups. Even after years of intense training, it feels supple, like the first day. The device takes up practically no space before and after training. It can be stowed away in 5 seconds and is ready for use again just as quickly. Installation is simple and even possible on drywall. The required screws and dowels are included in the scope of delivery. With the additional piston 26, you can increase the maximum resistance from 2 x 51kg (standard) to 2 x 112kg. So up to 224kg weight.
Frequently asked questions about EISENHORN DS
Yes, a cover solution similar to the design cabinet is in the project planning phase. The plan is for the product to be available at the end of Q1 2025.
The existing exercise database will be supplemented with specific DS exercises over the course of the year.
The maximum user weight for the DS is 200 kg. However, this is only possible if the Handle bar is guided through both horn loops.
Room height
A room height of 206 cm or more is ideal. However, the appliance can also be installed lower if required. With a recommended installation height (m) of 40 cm, the maximum handle height (h) is 228 cm from the floor. With the blocker inserted, this is 3 cm more, i.e. 231 cm. If the room is not that high, it doesn’t matter. The slide is then simply not pushed all the way to the upper stop. More handle height (h) is available for taller people with the EISENHORN DS plus.
