Knot rope

The knotted rope with its elastic behavior (stretching under load) forms an important basis, for the supple feeling during training. It is therefore important to always use the original knot ropes. When the wire rope hoist is used in conjunction with piston 12, the knotted ropes last for what feels like forever.

The service life is shortened if regular training is performed with the piston 26 in the upper half of the force levels. The elastic behavior results in a certain amount of wear. Accordingly, regular visual inspection is mandatory. If the knotted rope is visibly frayed on the outside, it must be replaced.
