Abduction on the pulley

Vorbereitung:

Attach the pulley system in the lower position.

Ausgangsposition:

Stand sideways close to the device and position the foot in the loop. The supporting leg remains slightly bent.

Ausführung:

Slowly move the active leg outward as far as possible in a controlled manner without moving the hip. Now slowly move the leg back inward without removing resistance.
