Adduction with strap


Lock the sledge in a horizonatlly slightly incleaned position at mid-shin level. Pass the strap through the loop of the horn.


Put one foot slightly angled into the handle loops, with another foot firm stand on the ground so that the strap is under tension. Upright posture and look against wall. Put your hands on the wall for better balance.


Slowly guide your stretched leg next to the other one and back again. Do not dodge with upper body.


Hold on to wall for more balance. Always do the exercise in both directions.




In horizontal position of the sledge, depending on which piston is used, please note the corresponding limit of resistance level according to the instructions for use!
